ABOUT PROJECT

Designed for Ubika Property Developers in Mauritius, Allure is located in Tamarin on the West Coast. It consists of 6 Apartments. The site is relatively constrained and as such we were determined to give the impression that the building opens up and allows the outside to be pulled into the building. The facade faces the ocean and has sneaky views to the sides. This is reflected in the design as the building edges appear to spread out to acknowledge the views it wants to see.
