ABOUT PROJECT

Designed and Delivered with Sprunt Architects in London. This apartment block of 64 units is located in St Johns Wood, Camden, London. A high end residential scheme for the client ‘Guiness Trust’. It has two buildings linked with a common basement parking area, as well as a shared landscaped space at ground floor level. The project had technical challenges which required creative ‘out of the box’ thinking in order to maintain the simple quality.
