MARGUERY HEIGHTS LUXURY VILLA

Located at ‘Marguery Heights’, Black River, Mauritius. This concept was done for a client looking to purchase the land. The $2 Million budget allowed us to explore maximising the 180 degree view over Tamarin Bay and Le Morne. Based on a steep slope allowed the house to be located with completely unobstructed views of the bay. A great site and perfect view is becoming rare in Mauritius. Studio Linear were privileged to be able to provide the proposal to the client who loved the layout and form. We look forward to working with them on future projects.
